How it works
How our pay per lead roofing program works
Where each homeowner request comes from, when it gets matched to you, what we check before it reaches your phone, and how you judge a test batch.
The pipeline
From homeowner request to your sales desk.
- 1
A homeowner asks for a roofer
They search or see an ad about a leak, storm damage or an old roof, then fill out a roofing request form. We show you the form wording on the call.
- 2
Matched to one roofer
The request is matched to the company whose ZIPs and filters it fits. The consent record names who may contact the homeowner.
- 3
Checked before delivery
Phone, homeownership, ZIP and duplicates are checked before the lead is released to you.
- 4
Delivered while it is fresh
Real-time delivery to your CRM, email or SMS, so your team calls while the homeowner is still by the phone.

Pay per lead vs retainer
Pay per lead vs an agency retainer.
| Criteria | Agency retainer or DIY ads | Pay per lead |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | Monthly fee plus ad spend, results or not | Each homeowner request delivered |
| Bad leads | Your cost | Credited under written rules |
| Time to first lead | Weeks of setup and learning | Once your ZIPs are confirmed |
| Commitment | Often a minimum term | No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work. |
| Who owns the ad account | You do, usually | We do; you get the leads |
FAQ
How it works: common questions
If your question isn’t here, bring it to the call. We’ll go through your territory, filters and numbers.
Book a strategy callWhere do your roofing leads come from?
Homeowners who fill out a roofing request form after searching or seeing an ad about roof repair or replacement. These are homeowner leads for roof work, not a lead-metal or materials list. We walk through the exact sources and show you the forms on the call.
When is a lead matched to my company?
Before the homeowner is contacted by anyone, the request is matched to one roofer whose ZIPs and filters it fits. Each exclusive lead is sold to one roofing company. It is never resold, recycled or sold later as an aged lead.
How is pay per lead different from hiring a roofing marketing agency?
An agency usually bills a monthly retainer plus your ad spend, and you carry the risk if the ads produce nothing. With pay per lead you pay for each homeowner request delivered to you, with written credit rules for bad leads. An agency builds an asset you own; pay per lead is faster to turn on and off.
Which CRMs can receive leads?
Real-time delivery to your CRM, email or SMS, so your team calls while the homeowner is still by the phone. Tell us which CRM you use on the call and we confirm whether it connects directly or by email or webhook.
How do you report a test batch?
You track each lead through contacted, inspection set, inspection sat and signed. At the end of the batch we review that scorecard together and work out your cost per signed roof.
