From roofing contractors: the details you enter when you book a call or contact us, such as name, company, email, phone, the ZIP codes or counties you serve and the programs you are interested in. We also keep notes from our calls and records of orders, billing and credit requests.

From homeowners: the details entered on a roofing quote or inspection request, such as name, phone, email, property address, whether you own the home and what roofing work you want. We also keep a record of the consent you gave, including the time, the page and the disclosure text shown.

From everyone: basic technical data when you use the site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring page, collected through server logs, cookies and analytics tools.

We use information to:

• Answer contractor inquiries, schedule calls and set up orders
• Match a homeowner's request to a roofing company that serves their area, and deliver that request
• Keep consent records and respond to questions about them
• Check quality, prevent fraud and handle credit requests
• Run, secure and improve the website
• Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

Homeowner requests are shared with the roofing company they are matched to, so that company can contact the homeowner about the roofing work requested. Exclusive leads go to one roofing company. We do not sell contractor contact details to third parties.

We also share information with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, CRM, scheduling, email, analytics, consent-certificate and phone-validation vendors) under contracts that limit their use of it, and with authorities when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Homeowners are contacted only about the roofing request they submitted. The form shows the disclosure you agree to before you submit it, and we keep a timestamped record of that agreement.

You can stop calls or texts at any time by replying STOP, telling the caller, or emailing us. We pass opt-outs to the roofing company that received your request. See our Consent and TCPA page for more on how consent is recorded.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

We keep information as long as we need it for the purposes above, including keeping consent records for as long as related legal claims could be brought. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.

Depending on your state, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email us. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on it. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
