Terms for buying roofing leads and appointments
Last updated October 14, 2026 · Template, have counsel review before launch
These terms cover using buyroofingleads.org and buying homeowner roofing leads or booked inspection appointments from Buy Roofing Leads. Prices, volumes, filters and territory go in an order form we both accept. Where an order form and these terms disagree, the order form controls for that order.
1. Definitions
"We" and "us" mean Buy Roofing Leads. "You" means the roofing company buying from us, or the person using the site. If you accept these terms for a company, you confirm you can bind it.
A "lead" is a homeowner's request to be contacted by a roofer about roofing work, delivered with the details they submitted. It is not lead metal, flashing or any roofing material. An "appointment" is a roof inspection or estimate the homeowner has agreed to at a set time. The "order form" is the written confirmation of prices, volumes, filters, territory and delivery settings for an order.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site, use its calculators and book a call. Calculator results depend on the numbers you enter and are not a quote or a forecast. You agree not to:
- Submit false information or someone else's details
- Scrape or harvest the site with automated tools, beyond normal search indexing
- Probe, overload or interfere with the site or its security
- Use the site, or anything you buy from us, for unlawful, deceptive or harassing outreach
3. Exclusivity
Each exclusive lead is sold to one roofing company. It is never resold, recycled or sold later as an aged lead.
This also applies to leads we credit back to you: a credited lead is not resold to another roofer.
Exclusive describes the lead. Whether a territory is reserved only for you is set in your order form. Exclusivity does not stop a homeowner from contacting other roofers on their own.
4. Credits
Credits for disconnected or wrong numbers, renters or non-owners, addresses outside your ZIPs, and duplicates of leads already sent to you. Report a lead within 7 days of delivery.
Not covered: a homeowner who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, has an insurance claim denied, or doesn’t buy.
How to ask: Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch.
Appointments: If a confirmed inspection doesn’t sit because the homeowner no-shows or doesn’t match your filters, report it within 7 days of the scheduled time and we replace it.
The full rules are on our Lead Credit Policy page. Credits are applied to future orders and are not cash refunds unless the order form says otherwise.
5. Billing and test batch
No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work. Each batch is its own order, and you decide whether to place the next one.
Prices are quoted on the call and confirmed in the order form. They depend on lead or appointment type, state and ZIP codes, volume and the filters you set. Payment timing is set in the order form. Taxes are extra where they apply.
If you think a charge is wrong, tell us in writing first so we can review it.
6. Territory and filters
Territory availability is confirmed by ZIP code on your call. Filters such as ZIP codes, counties, homeownership and job type are agreed in the order form before delivery starts.
Volume depends on homeowner demand in your area and is not guaranteed unless the order form states a guaranteed amount.
7. Delivery and consent records
Real-time delivery to your CRM, email or SMS, so your team calls while the homeowner is still by the phone.
Every lead comes with a timestamped consent certificate. We send it to you on request. See our Consent and TCPA page for what the record shows. Keep any consent record we send you for as long as claims about the contact could be brought.
8. Your obligations when you contact a homeowner
You are responsible for how your company contacts homeowners. You agree to:
- Contact homeowners only about the roofing work they requested
- Follow the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, state telemarketing laws and Do Not Call rules, including calling hours and attempt limits
- Honor opt-outs promptly and tell us about them
- Hold the contractor licenses and registrations your state requires
- Follow state roofing and insurance-claim laws, including rules about deductibles and public adjusting
- Not resell, share or transfer leads without our written approval
9. No guarantee of results
We deliver leads and appointments that match the agreed filters. We do not guarantee that any homeowner will answer, sign a contract or pay you. Your close rate depends on your speed, pricing and sales process.
10. Liability
The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order the claim relates to in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to cover claims, fines and costs that arise from how your company contacts homeowners or uses leads in breach of these terms.
11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Changes do not affect orders already accepted. Governing law and venue: TO CONFIRM with counsel.
