Pricing
Pricing for roofing leads and booked appointments
We quote by ZIP code because the cost of a homeowner roofing lead depends on where you work and what you filter for. You leave the call with a per-lead price for your ZIPs.
What sets your price
Five things move the price of a roofing lead.
These are homeowner leads for roof work, not lead flashing or other roofing materials. Here is what pushes a quote up or down, and why.
| Driver | Lower price | Higher price | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Product | Exclusive homeowner lead (you call and set the inspection) | Booked inspection on your calendar | An appointment includes the calling and confirming work your office would otherwise do. |
| Exclusivity | Fewer filters, wider ZIP list | One roofer per lead in tight ZIPs | A lead sold to one company has to carry the whole cost of the ad click that produced it. |
| Filters | Repair and replacement, any roof age | Replacement only, roof age or material filters | Every filter throws away homeowners who would otherwise count as leads. |
| Market | ZIPs with lower ad competition | Metro ZIPs where many roofers bid on the same searches | Our cost to reach a homeowner tracks what advertisers pay in that area. |
| Season | Off-season demand | Right after hail or wind in your ZIPs | Storm demand spikes, and so does competition for the same homeowners. |

Optional, for profit outputs
There is no neutral published roofing benchmark for contact rate or set rate. The example values are proxies and estimates. Your own CRM numbers will give a far better answer.
Your numbers

FAQ
Pricing questions
If your question isn’t here, bring it to the call. We’ll go through your territory, filters and numbers.
Book a strategy callDo you publish prices?
Not as a single number. A lead in a quiet suburban ZIP and a lead in a metro hit by hail last week cost us very different amounts to produce, so a list price would be wrong for most roofers who read it. On the call we check your ZIPs, filters and product, and you leave with a per-lead price for your territory.
How big is the test batch and is there a prepay?
No long-term contracts. Start with a test batch, scale when the numbers work. The batch size and any prepay are agreed on the call and written down before you pay, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Do credits expire?
Credit requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch. Read the full lead credit policy for what qualifies.
Do prices change in storm season?
They can. After hail or high wind, more roofers chase the same homeowners and ad costs rise. If your price would move with storm demand, we tell you on the call and put it in writing, rather than changing it mid-batch.
