Lead credit and replacement policy
Last updated October 14, 2026 · Terms to be confirmed in your order form
This page is the single written source for credits on homeowner roofing leads and booked inspection appointments. If your order form sets different terms, the order form controls for that order.
1. What counts as a bad lead
Credits for disconnected or wrong numbers, renters or non-owners, addresses outside your ZIPs, and duplicates of leads already sent to you. If a lead fits one of these reasons, it qualifies for a credit.
2. What doesn't qualify
Not covered: a homeowner who isn’t interested, doesn’t answer, has an insurance claim denied, or doesn’t buy.
A lead that matched your filters but didn't turn into a signed roof is part of normal selling, so it isn't credited.
3. Reporting window
Report a lead within 7 days of delivery. Reports after that window aren't eligible.
Reply to the lead notification (or email us) with the reason; approved credits apply to your next batch.
4. Booked appointments
If a confirmed inspection doesn’t sit because the homeowner no-shows or doesn’t match your filters, report it within 7 days of the scheduled time and we replace it.
5. How we decide
We check the report against the lead record, the consent record and the filters in your order form. We may ask for a short detail, such as the number you dialed or the ZIP the lead missed. Decision time: TO CONFIRM, stated in your order form.
6. Credited leads are never resold
Each exclusive lead is sold to one roofing company. It is never resold, recycled or sold later as an aged lead. That includes leads we credit back to you. They are not passed to another roofer.
7. How credits are used and when they expire
Approved credits apply to your next batch. They are not cash refunds unless your order form says so. Expiry: TO CONFIRM, stated in your order form.
